One Step at a Time

1971

The Inception

The visionary Agrawal brothers embarked on a monumental journey from Rajasthan and Mumbai to Durg, Chhattisgarh. They laid the establishment of the first rice mill, marking the dawn of a new era in rice milling. Their innovative techniques and dedication to quality soon positioned their rice mill as a pioneering force in the industry, inspiring others to follow in their footsteps.

1985 - 1988

Innovation & Unstoppable Growth

In a groundbreaking move, the first parboiling and drying unit was inaugurated in Madhya Pradesh (prior to its bifurcation), setting new standards in rice processing. Riding the waves of success, the company unveiled its second and third rice mills, solidifying its dominance in the industry. This was a vital year for the expansion of the company.

1996

Technological Revolution

A historical milestone was achieved with the introduction of the first Sortex machine (Buhler, a German marvel) in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. This state-of-the-art technology revolutionized rice sorting, ensuring unparalleled quality and efficiency. The adoption of such cutting-edge machinery set new standards in the industry, paving the way for future technological advancements in rice milling.

2000 - 2004

Global Presence & Expanding Horizons

The company expanded to four units, integrating world-class German technology across all plants. A new era ushered in with the adoption of advanced Japanese technology for rice milling, marking a significant leap forward in our operational capabilities. The second Japanese unit (10- tons per hour) underscored our relentless drive towards innovation and expansion.

2006 - 2009

Modernization Drive

All traditional units were transformed into cutting-edge facilities, equipped with the latest Japanese and German technologies, reaffirming our commitment to excellence and innovation. The first solvent extraction plant (SEP) of 300 tons and a 100-ton physical refinery were inaugurated in Durg. We also pioneered the production of rice bran oil.

2009 - 2011

Global Recognition

Our brand achieved international acclaim as we began exporting rice and actively participated in prestigious global food exhibitions, proudly showcasing our superior rice varieties to the world. This global recognition not only enhanced our reputation but also opened new markets and opportunities for growth and collaboration.

2012

Capacity Expansion

Another phase of expansion when a second SEP unit of 300 tons was established, and the refining capacity was augmented to an impressive 150 tons, reflecting our robust growth and expanding market presence. This strategic expansion underscored our commitment to meeting increasing demand and maintaining our position as industry leaders.

2015-2016

Government Partnership

We commenced custom milling for the Chhattisgarh government, processing an astounding 80,000 to 90,000 tons of paddy annually, further cementing our reputation as a trusted and reliable partner. This significant undertaking highlighted our operational capabilities and reinforced our dedication to supporting local agricultural initiatives.

2018 - 2021

Triple Excellence with Sustainable Leadership

Another revolutionary phase when a third SEP unit of 300 metric tons was added, along with an extended refining capacity of 150 tons, exemplifying our relentless pursuit of excellence and industry leadership. A pioneering 4-megawatt solar power plant was installed, showcasing our commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.

2023

Unmatched Scale

The fourth SEP unit of 400 tons and a new 150-ton refinery were unveiled, reinforcing our position as a titan in the industry. We take pride in achieving unparalleled growth and success.
