Scope/Accountabilities of the role:
• Execution of all projects at the time of Finishing for customer flats, Sales Office, Show
Flats, Buildings, Parking, podium etc
• Ensure that the execution is as per the approved plan
• Be present along with the team at multiple sites to monitor the progress
• Bring about precision and efficiency to ensure that material wastage is minimized to optimum
level
• Visit the finished flat prior to handover to customer, prepare snag list, coordinate the Site
team to ensure the its resolved as per the timeline
• To be present during the handover of the finished flats to the customer.
• Good knowledge of various finishing materials, regarding the construction stages, bring about
efficiency in the process
• Prepare comprehensive Handover Checklist
• Knowledge of materials and preparing budgets of projects
• Ready to travel at multi-sites in Mumbai
Competencies/ Key attributes :
• Knowledge of EXCEL and Google Sheet
• Team player
• Good communication skills
Age : 32 yrs to 35 yrs
Education : Bachelor/Diploma in Interior Designing
Experience : 8 – 10 years in Real Estate industry for interior designing and
handled multi sites. Executed Sales Experience Gallery, Sample Flats etc. Experience in high
rise residential and commercial building is mandatory.
